Campaigns & Community Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a Campaigns & Community Executive to help us foster engagement with our network of B2B professionals across our channels – both organic and paid social, and email.

The ideal candidate will strike a balance of creative and organised, and bring with them an understanding of the customer journey and what makes people tick (and click)

Experience in running social accounts is a must, as you’ll be picking this up in your first few days. The Marketing Managers will be on hand to support, but the expectation is that you enter confidently and start planning for when we launch registration in a few weeks’ time.

In addition to running the social accounts, you will support the Marketing Managers across paid social and email campaigns – ‘Omnichannel’ is the word here as we’re looking to provide our audience with a seamless digital experience.

Day-to-day running of social channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Post relevant and interesting content that is in line with the social media strategy

  • Repurposing content for each channel to gain maximum engagement

  • Take ownership of the content calendars across social channels, creating content ahead of time and ensuring the Design team are briefed in advance

  • Respond to inbound queries effectively and efficiently

  • Keep up to date with industry news and developments, reacting to appropriate news in a timely manner and with the brand’s tone of voice

  • Engage with the community across industry and third-party content

  • Use Hootsuite reporting & analytics to optimise campaigns and identify opportunities to Boost well-performing content

Support the Marketing Manager/s with email campaigns

  • Writing for the customer journey, ie. Awareness, Consideration, Re-engage, Decision

  • Brief the Design, Data & Production teams in advance, allowing for timely delivery of comms

  • Support the manager in writing dedicated campaign landing pages

  • Working with the Data team to define audience segmentation

Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the setup and running of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google)

  • Support with Ad Set creation

  • Support the Marketing Manager in writing dedicated campaign landing pages

  • Monitor campaigns daily to ensure that they’re reaching their target/s

  • Analyse and optimize campaigns to drive changes in performance ie. through A/B testing

  • Support with weekly status reports and performance analysis, ensuring that all relevant functions are kept informed.
